Rynette joined Hans Klopper Trustees (Pty) Ltd in April 1998.

She matriculated at the Bloemhof Girls High School in Stellenbosch in 1984 and obtained the degree B.Econ from the University of Stellenbosch in 1989.

Rynette holds various qualifications, inter alia, a Diploma in the Practice of Insolvency Law from the Association of the Insolvency Practitioners of South Africa (AIPSA) and also completed a course in Mercantile Law at the Paralegal School of Studies.

In January 1991 Rynette decided to open her own Florist Business and in 1992 she joined Republic Trustees as Liquidator and Administrator of Insolvent Estates.

During the period that Rynette was employed at Republic Trustees she gained extensive experience as Liquidator / Administrator of Insolvent Estates, including dealing with Companies in Liquidation.

After obtaining her B.Econ degree in Rynette was employed by Sanlam as a Policy Clerk.

Quick FAQ

Who can ask for an enquiry to be conducted into the affairs of a Company and who is responsible for the costs thereof?

Any creditor (actual or prospective) of the Company (in liquidation) or the liquidator may convene an enquiry in terms of section 417 and 418 of the Companies Act. Normally the creditor/s will have to provide the initial funding of such an enquiry.
