  • Insolvent Estate Brett Kebble, where Hans Klopper is one of the joint trustees and involved in unraveling the affairs of the slain mining magnate.
  • Uthingo Management (Pty) Limited, the former holder of the licence to operate the South African Lottery, recently resolved by way of special resolution to voluntarily wind the company up. They wanted to this in an orderly fashion to ensure that all outstanding liabilities be settled and the balance thereafter be distributed to shareholders. They entrusted this process to Independent Trustees.
  • The C N A matter administered by Hans Klopper, and Dawie van der Merwe, which included the disposal of 139 stores to the value of approximately R 142 million.
  • Black Top Surfaces, one of the largest road surface contractors in South Africa was recently placed in liquidation and Independent Trustees is attending to the winding- up process.
